About the Pikesville Improvement Corporation (PIC)
Pikesville Improvement Corporation (PIC) was launched in early 2025. Our team is not new to Pikesville, though! As homeowners and business owners in the area, we understand the issues facing Pikesville, and we are passionate about addressing those issues and achieving resolution, as well as advocating for the community on a daily basis. Please get involved — together our voices are strong and better heard.
Who We Are:
We are a diverse organization comprised of representatives from community organizations, residents, business owners, and property experts in Pikesville. Our members bring expertise in land use, economic development, business growth, traffic management, and community well-being.
Our History:
Pikesville Improvement Corporation was created by Pikesville residents seeking to improve the Pikesville Commercial District. We recognized the need for continued community-led efforts to revitalize our historic downtown area and enhance the quality of life for all residents.
